Den Hall Hire


The Hall is available for Community Group or Charity events to hire only.

We can no longer hire out for private parties


TIMES AVAILABLE
    • Weekdays 6am to 5pm
    • Saturday 6am to 8pm
    • Sunday: 6am to 6pm
    • Available some weeknights upon application

HIRING FEES

  •   Hourly weekday hire rate  $20.00 p/h
  •   Daily hire   $ 160
  •   Weekly hire   $ 800
  •   Hall Hire Bond   $ 250  
  •   Confirmation Deposit    $ 100
The Den is equipped with a kitchen for food preparation.
Fridge can be made available upon request.

Please ensure you read and fully understand the Conditions of Hall Hire

We require a minimum of four weeks notice for any hall hire.
All payments and forms to be submitted no less than 10 working days.
Bond refunds only via direct deposit or cheque. We cannot refund in cash, due to group operational accounting rules  
  
HOW TO HIRE DEN
  •   Prior to booking
      View facilities by visiting the den
      Tuesday (6:15pm and 6:45pm)
      Friday    (6:45pm and 7:30pm)
      or upon request after hours


  • Obtain Public Liability/Property Damage Insurance for event. 
        Scouts will not underwrite with our insurance. 
        As outlined in the Conditions of Hall Hire point 15
  •   To book
  1.   Check the Calendar below for availability
  2.   Ensure you  have read  the Conditions of Hall Hire  
  3.   Contact Group Leader on 0490 181 933 to tentatively book                   
  4.   Download the Hall Hire agreement required to be signed.
  5.   Download the Conditions of Hall Hire Agreement and sign
  6.   Download the Hall Hire Bond Refund form
  7.   To confirm booking,  you must present the hall either on Tuesday or Friday night to pay deposit and   deliver signed paperwork.
  8.   Once booking fee received a confirmation email  advising  when to collect keys and make final           payments
